  • Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription once the trial period ends, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.

Refund Policy

At Roe’s Gratitude, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a positive experience for all of our customers. By purchasing products from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Subscription Plans and Digital Products
No Refunds for Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees. Once your subscription is processed, you will have access to all the benefits of your selected plan for the duration of the billing cycle.

No Refunds for Digital Products: Since our digital products (e.g., online courses, guides, ebooks) are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the product has been purchased and accessed.

2. Physical Merchandise
Processing and Shipping Time: Orders for physical merchandise are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days from the time of purchase. Orders received after 12 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day.

Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier: Most items are shipped using USPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed and is in transit.

3. Returns and Refunds for Physical Merchandise
Return Approval: All returns must be approved by Roe’s Gratitude before a refund can be issued. If you wish to return an item, you must first email us at RoeeyahA@roesgratitude.com with pictures and/or video of the item. This will help us evaluate the issue and process the return.

Return Window: Returns must be requested and approved within 7 days from the time the issue is reported. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process once the returned item is confirmed.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for physical products. If you need a different item, you must follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Any items marked as final sale or clearance
