    How to Use This Course for Maximum Impact

    Most people who sign up for free courses do not finish them. Not because the content is bad — because life happens. This lesson is designed to make sure that does not happen to you.

    Five principles for getting the maximum from this course

    Principle 1 — Sequential is not optional.

    Each lesson builds on the one before it. The vocabulary from Module 1 is what makes Module 2 meaningful. Start at the beginning. End at the end.

    Principle 2 — The worksheets are the course.

    The videos deliver the information. The worksheets produce the transformation. Research on expressive writing (Pennebaker, 200+ studies) shows that writing personal experience in the context of meaningful content produces measurable changes in immune function, psychological wellbeing, and behavioral follow-through.     Principle 3 — Resistance is information.

    When a lesson makes you uncomfortable — when you want to skip it, defer it, come back later — that resistance is data. It is your nervous system signaling that this is exactly where your attention needs to go. Do not skip the lesson that makes you uncomfortable. That one is most for you.

    Principle 4 — Pace is personal, completion is non-negotiable.

    Some members finish in a weekend. Some members sit with one lesson for a week. Both are correct. Suggested minimum pace: one lesson every two days, completing The Movement in 18 days.
